Facilities Equipment Usage
For-Profit Groups - Tier 4

Tier 4: for-profit groups and any individual or group not in tier 1 or 2.
Non-Profit Groups - Tier 3

Tier 3: non-Randolph affiliated governmental agencies; non-Randolph affiliated nonprofit and community organizations; non-Randolph religious groups. 
P.T.O. - Tier 1 Tier 1: district organizations (room fees for fundraisers only); Randolph-affiliated parent and booster organizations.
Randolph Governmental Agencies - Tier 2

Tier 2: Randolph governmental agencies; Randolph-affiliated non-profit and community organizations; Randolph-affiliated religious groups.
Randolph-Affiliated non-profit and Community Organizations - Tier 2 Tier 2: Randolph governmental agencies; Randolph-affiliated non-profit and community organizations; Randolph-affiliated religious groups.
Randolph-Affiliated Religious Groups - Tier 2

Scouts - Tier 2

Insurance: An up-to-date certificate of insurance is required before an event can be scheduled. The Randolph Township Board of Education must be listed as either the certificate holder or an additional insured on the certificate, with the following name and address: Randolph Township Board of Education 25 Schoolhouse Road Randolph, NJ 07869 Non-Profit Status: Organizations claiming non-profit status must provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) documentation.
